Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Sci fi post apocalypse dystopia, drama, action. Pre apocalypse drama and dystopia. Large world, long history, various factions. Game mechanics, dark note, satire, dark humour. Humanity, moral ambiguity, politics, and war and why it never changes..

Based off the video game the second season does a great job of sticking close to the source material. I would even say this season was better than the first. Love the interaction between the pure innocent vault dweller and the grizzled outlaw of the ghoul. I only wish they paid off some of the big things they set up a little better but still looking forward to another season.

Easily the best video game adaptation movie or show. Captivates that same feeling I felt when I was 15 and got lost in Fallout for the first time. I never thought about Fallout as a potential adaptation but I'm glad somebody did. None of the callbacks/references to game feel forced while telling a story that works on its own. The moral dilemmas are also incredibly timely.
